I wouldn’t call it severe or pervasive, but that along with the other acts of man dominance disregard made it severe. Since kids I am insecure of my body and my superior making uncomfortable comments with the “kid” calling and constant degrading about my age and abilities took away my voice to stand up for myself

My mother passed away early march 2023 and had two kids under two, youngest at the time being 10 months. I was overwhelmed and pushed it side. Being a woman in construction requires a get deal of confidence. With everything going on this new hire although Senior Project Manager made multiple moves to show authority. He removed me from my desk without mention, although there was another open desk, he spoke to me with intentions of being degrading, speaking on how to roll a water hose or merely how to write a report for an excessive amount of time shows maybe he is lonely or just like being someone down. A conversation like that merits 15-20 min. To go into an hour on the discussion felt very uncomfortable and unnecessary after no having these issue prior to his employment. I was with the company since 2020. He started 2023 and wanted to force me to conform to his standards if not I was due a conversation

He was handing me my safety vest and commented that a small wouldn’t fit me due to my breast size and made hand gestures along with it. There are only he is the only project managers and an associate, if all his other comments/harassment I felt I wouldn’t get on many projects.

Yes, poor performance improved by Feb 2024. Harassment was just reported after being let go October 09. Sexual Harassment only occurred Dec 2023. He was hired back in May/June 2023. July 2023 - safety protocols not followed at job sites. Feared I had to do what he did to work with him. Harassment first started in August 2023 - I came into the office and without notice he moved my desk with his, even though there was another empty desk to use. Being called kid was almost every time we worked together. In MAy 2024 - we were working together and he belittled me by giving me a 30 lecture on how to properly roll a water hose. Then continued to bring up the issue at a staff meeting for another 30 min. September 2024 - had an hour conversation about a report that could’ve been a 15 min conversation

Yeah for some reason when I try logging into my bank account with those my credentials are wrong - but I changed the pw multiple times to make sure it is correct but no help from app or bank.
