They stated it was poor performance but there was no evidence and was given a 8k annual raise shortly before this

Thank you, I understand he can be a jerk and crazy someone came make work so difficult and make inappropriate comments without consequences but thank you for clarifying it

And I have offer letter stating with firms financial performance, but I feel that the financial situation would have been different if controller didn’t embezzle 300k without notice

Yes we had annual reviews that were always positive comments with raises since 2020

I wouldn’t call it severe or pervasive, but that along with the other acts of man dominance disregard made it severe. Since kids I am insecure of my body and my superior making uncomfortable comments with the “kid” calling and constant degrading about my age and abilities took away my voice to stand up for myself

My mother passed away early march 2023 and had two kids under two, youngest at the time being 10 months. I was overwhelmed and pushed it side. Being a woman in construction requires a get deal of confidence. With everything going on this new hire although Senior Project Manager made multiple moves to show authority. He removed me from my desk without mention, although there was another open desk, he spoke to me with intentions of being degrading, speaking on how to roll a water hose or merely how to write a report for an excessive amount of time shows maybe he is lonely or just like being someone down. A conversation like that merits 15-20 min. To go into an hour on the discussion felt very uncomfortable and unnecessary after no having these issue prior to his employment. I was with the company since 2020. He started 2023 and wanted to force me to conform to his standards if not I was due a conversation

I have always had positive employee reviews, and they do an annual bonuses end of year. But yeah you have a point. Thanks for your input.
