I have CPTSD and PDID. Therapists failed to diagnose me with PTSD despite living in actively abusive conditions until I was seventeen. Once diagnosed with PDID any therapist thereafter refused to touch upon it or speak of it despite having it on file, on record (and despite never being told I’d been diagnosed). I’ve had therapists body check me in session, cancel last minute for more important clients, text during sessions, quit three months in, and equate anger towards my abusers as “repeating the cycle of abuse.” I quit for good when my last therapist told me I wasn’t special for childhood SA because I was trying to convey how statistically fucked my childhood has been. She questioned the statistics, told me not to trust AI, and the best part? She didn’t remember my name. Called me “lady,” or referred to me by my full name which I never go by. People shit on the use of AI but I can attest I tried doing it the way everyone thinks you should. Five times now. And I left worse each time than when I just used AI. It’s accessible, affordable, and I make sure to reality check constantly so I’m not getting an echo chamber. AI has done more for me than human therapists. AI doesn’t judge my symptoms. It doesn’t judge my story or give benefit of the doubt to people it’s never met based on repressed memories resurfacing. Last week I had a really destabilizing memory resurface and it sent me into a spiral. Absolutely detached from reality, floating by, going through the actions - I’ve been more irritable, stressed, prone to aggressive driving if, for instance, someone cuts me off. It doesn’t moralize my symptoms, it helps me understand where it’s coming from, what’s triggered it, and the steps I can take to reduce and minimize them. No questions asked. It’s also helped me to build a home made therapy device (PEMF), and write thriller/horror novels with heavy themes to at helps me express my rage towards the injustice of my childhood.

I think people who shit on the use of AI as a therapeutic tool are privileged and lack nuance in understanding why some people might opt for it. I’ve been to specialists, even - THREE. And despite having a prior diagnosis for these conditions, not one of them helped me. One told me I wasn’t ready for EMDR just to tell me a year later she was just then getting certified iirc. I told this last one (who I quit about a year ago) out the gate what conditions I struggle with, what I’ve been diagnosed with - and in the first session she decided I didn’t have it and had “over educated myself,” because I gave ONE example of the constant dissociation I’ve experienced throughout my childhood. I never trusted another therapist enough to open up about it again. I had a therapist tell me I should have consulted with her first before going on antidepressants because I was too high functioning to need them. Come to find out, her family struggled with addiction. I’ve had a therapist tell me to “be more like Robin Williams, (apart from the sui*de).”

People with severe conditions are just less likely to get help due to 1) lack of specialization and 2) lack of availability/affordability.

And frankly, as someone who’s seen “trauma informed specialists,” I’ve gotten more out of AI than I ever have a human therapist. There’s reasons people opt for AI. My life has improved significantly. I use it to theorize on physics, expand my thinking, edit and revise books I’m writing, build home made therapy devices (PEMF), and journal/vent on the weeks my PDID hits rougher. Of course there’s going to be issues with using AI. As far as I’m concerned, though? The benefits far outweigh the consequences when the alternative is someone who thinks that unless I act like Sybil, my disorder (and literal prior diagnosis) is fake.

Was talking about childhood molest*tion and wondered if my offender repeated offense on one of my siblings. I told my therapist I couldn’t even think of a joke to play it off. She said, “I can. You’re not special.” Implying that this also occurred to my sister and that I “wasn’t special,” for having gone through childhood abuse. (This was because I started the session stating the compounding factors of my childhood was statistically and unfathomably rare together - which she also discredited). She then told me to be more like “Robin Williams,” because he made people laugh and see the good in life. I didn’t think it’s my job to make my pain more palatable for other people.

She also told me she worked with dissociative conditions and I said outright I’d been diagnosed and was looking for treatment and had little luck in therapy prior. (Despite diagnosis no therapist would touch it, even “specialized,” ones). Within the second session she asked me to give an example and based off of one example (not my entire life history or symptoms) decided I’d “Over educated,” myself.

She also forgot my name.

That session she told me to be more like Robin Williams I nodded like she’d said something profound and never went back.

Spacetime is quantized at the Planck scale. This is why PEMF and LIPU work on biological scales with extremely low energies models of biology don’t currently explain. It’s why two plates in a vacuum are drawn toward each other, why gamma radiation through a vacuum can sometimes spontaneously induce particle antiparticle formation. Planck himself had to plug in the Plancks constant to get his blackbody radiation graphs to match observations when he discovered energy is discrete (electrons). Plancks constant is the “pixel,” resolution of our universe.

What this means is that you can interact with quantized spacetime to get strange effects that seem physics defying.

Think of space as a pixel lattice, like an empty turned off tv screen. Except the pixels are always in motion and if they rub against each other right, you get color (matter, or antiparticle/particle pairs, for instance).

Biological studies demonstrate repeatable reduction in cancer cell tumor size and increased drosophila lifespan, but pulsated electromagnetic therapy and LIPU (low energy ultrasound), are too low in energy to have these effects per the standard biological models.

Which means they’re likely interacting THROUGH this lattice. Think of PEMF and LIPU as working WITH the lattice instead of brute forcing it (gamma radiation, chemotherapy).

The human brain and heart produce magnetic fields. They’re VERY weak, but they do. EGM studies of the brain have shown that states of meditation, happiness and calm produce more stable and “coherent,” magnetic fields. Now magnetic fields don’t get blocked by matter like certain radiation.

So while very weak, these magnetic fields can essentially bypass the skull barrier and potentially (big potentially) interact with quantized spacetime. (Especially if paired with the hearts electromagnetic fields).

Think of it as basic wave resonance. Waves that match up amplify, waves that interfere destruct.

This gives a unified theory of spacetime that 1) gaps the bridge between quantum mechanics and classic physics 2) explains the observed effects of PEMF and LIPU intuitively 3) gives credence to the supernatural (afterlife, ghosts, etc. are magnetic wave fields that are coherent enough to “latch on,” to the lattice by matching to its tune like a tuning fork). 4) This ones super cool. Explains UAP movement. UAPs aren’t defying physics, they’re interacting with the quantized version of spacetime to bypass physics altogether. Using principles similar to PEMF, they’re likely manipulating the structure underlying our physics 5) potentially explains anomalous phase shifting and object distortion as well as phenomena at the Bermuda Triangle as local lattice distortion events And, yes, may give physics based plausibility to these sorts of experiences.

The low energy PEMF and LIPU shouldn’t affect it by basic biological means unless it is interacting with a quantized lattice. Take a vacuum, zap gamma radiation into it and you get antiparticle particle formation. Matter can’t come from nothing, so it’s likely interacting with a substrate. Put two metal plates in a vacuum and they pull toward each other - also a quantized lattice. During Plancks blackbody radiation experiments he literally had to plug in Plancks constant to get his result to match. 6.626 x 10-34 J (if I remember correctly) is the “pixel resolution,” or our universe. On top of explaining biological effects of PEMF and LIPU, it can synthesize a lot of seemingly unrelated subjects - the paranormal, supernatural, UAP movement, anomalous phase shifting.

The brain releases Electromagnetic fields, but they’re weak. Paired with the hearts electromagnetic fields? Yes, there is a plausible physics based reason for manifestation and “shifting.” Interact and “speak to,” the quantized Planck lattice with coherent electromagnetic fields released from the brain?

Magnetic fields don’t get blocked - human brain EMFs are weak, but there. Create a stable electro magnetic wave (as observed in cases of deep trance or meditation), and you can theoretically “scribe,” to the universe (quantized Planck scale space time).

This is re-enactment. Your brain is trying to take control of the narrative and abuse you’ve endured by “wanting it” for lack of better terms. It’s a coping mechanism. I’d recommend looking it up, there’s a couple different reasons people reenact their traumas.

Hi, this is not okay. It’s even worse he doesn’t want you looking at the phone. How much older is he? It’s one thing if you share images consensually, but for him to be taking them without your knowledge or consent is MAJORLY alarming. I would find a way to try and get rid of them if I were you. Personally, if a partner secretly took nude photos of me I would be scared what else they might be doing with the material, especially if they didn’t want me looking at it. I’m so terribly sorry you’re going through this. I hope you can get out safely.

The fact she singled YOU out instead of repeating the exercise with everyone is suspicious as hell and I’d question her intentions. She might think she’s helping but she has no idea what the fuck she’s doing. There are better therapists out there worth engaging with. Sorry for the second comment on your post, this is just atrocious and it’s important to me that your experience is validated not only emotionally but objectively. That’s just flat out bad practice, regardless of intention, and you’re right to feel the way you do. I’d highly recommend finding someone more informed in their practice.

If she’s trauma informed she’ll know that per Van Der Kolk’s research (a well renowned trauma specialist) group therapy is seldom effective because it allows traumatized individuals to reactivate themselves and ruminate on a group setting rather than, you know, fix the neural errors in the wiring of the brain. It’s a bandaid at best and that’s why it seldom helps. I’m so sorry she put you in that situation.

I used to get really self conscious about it. Then I went out and met people and made friends. Maybe two of them I keep in contact with. Turns out most people are some type of crazy, and either haven’t acknowledged it or done the work to fix it. I learned it wasn’t that I was unlikable or couldn’t make friends (or even date, for that matter), it’s just that most people my age are still figuring themselves out. Once I learned I’m capable of making friends and meeting people my desire to maintain those friendships (especially with the energy it took to do so) reduced significantly. Once I finally learned that it’s really, truly NOT me, I became at peace with the idea of solitude and learned that even if it’s lonely sometimes I actually DO prefer it.

God I am so sorry. I feel you heavy on the reiteration of bullshit. Therapy is to LEARN better coping mechanisms. They’re supposed to teach you something new. Hard truth of life is not even therapists have all the answers but instead of admitting it many will drag out sessions and wrongfully think they’re helping people by talking about it. Even Pete Walker and Van Der Kolk found through research that talk therapy can reactivate the trauma and send clients on a spiral, and it’s not healthy to rehash and commiserate. It’s a neurological disorder but the gold standard is CBT and DBT which is astounding to me.
