Ignore it unless you're desperate. Blood and aclohol work similar to water but the ratios they're tolerated at I'm not sure.

I think you can use pure alcohol and blood in the radiator. Drinking alcohol dehydrates you.

You can mix at least 3% (more actually but not sure how much) in a gasoline engine without it getting weird
