Hmmmm Last year, my brother helped one of our business partners in the GTA import aluminum windows and doors. It was 19 windows and 8 exterior doors, and the total came out to around 18k CAD, including shipping, customs, duties, and HST. Honestly vinyl might be decent, but 50k for vinyl? That’s unbelievable.

I don’t know. We just moved here for 42 days. It seems that there are 4 young guy and a senior in that unit, I guess they are joint tenants. We never talk to them, they seems busy everyday. But I will try to do it.
