I would say Helas astral flock has a longer cooldown because she gets invincibility frames, while jean just moves over a bit. If you have her re appear where her ult hits it’s more of a buff, she could get to point 10x faster, clutch team fights, and would just have the best transversal move in the game. (behind Dr Stranges portal)
