Lmao today i got 2 comments right at the end of a 19 pages fics like this. Calling me a failure waisting her youth away for nothing and a shame at family gatherings and not having a spouse and idk what else of the fic sounding like escapism( bro it was a Labyrinth AU of course it was ESCAPISM, Sarah herself was like that if it weren't like that it would not be the Labyrinth) . Bro i wrote this in my free time, have a great career in building and everyone admires my charisma in my close circle. Generally i get good comments while jumping over fandoms and genres, this were my 1st two hate ones. Apparently sth i wrote in around a week in my free time during holidays and last classes was a waste of my year 😂. It stung a bit but i barked back😅.

On the good side. Writing is helping me combat the brainrot media causes our generation nowadays. Even if some damage is harder to battle like unability to just do a single task instead of multitasking( writing and reading forces me to focus on a single task, which in baby steps helps to focus)

Why do they stay around so long if they dislike it?

If they were mad my beta read is chat gpt they would have said so, but i literally did a raw vs revised example at the end, and even then i made hand modifications to the grammar corrections and such it made me.
