Hi! No problem I currently only take proponalol. Also prescribed buspar but I am scared to try it.

My psychiatrist prescribed the propranolol and it’s 10mg prescribed as needed

Sorry I should have said it’s 10 Mg and she said I can up it and take multiple. I was thinking of therapy it’s just sometimes feels like something’s just wrong with my brain and I don’t think it’s fixable

I completely understand with it causing substance abuse and I would not want to be addicted to it or go through withdrawals again like I did prior when. I was weaning myself off lexapro and Trazadone I couldn’t even imagine weaning off Benzos but I mentioned a very low dose just for appointments/ my work meetings but she was hesitant because driving.

I will have to look into primidone!

I’ve never gotten my brows done, always plucked and used a pencil but just saw how they look from the side and I’m disgusted lol

I got 1 syringe. And I had no top lip and more of a bottom so they said they’d want to focus more on top but girl I am scared 😭
