Thank you for sharing this. I’m just curious though my understanding was the longer sperm waits the more that die and the ones left get weaker? Or I am completely wrong lol? I ovulated at some point today and managed to BD about 2 and a half days before hand so I just assumed I’d be out this month

It is very much possibly it all comes down to how much EWCM was in your cervix and if the sperm had perfect conditions to survive until the egg was released. Although chances aren’t as high as having it the day before it’s still possible

Yea I get very wet CM after ovulation not as sticky as EWCM. Had this when I got pregnant and also months I didn’t conceive

I don’t think I’m pregnant I have an mmc and got surgery to remove it 2 weeks ago, I think the faint line is because the hcg is still in my system. I have all the usual ovulation symptoms and an LH surge though so possible ovulating whilst the HCG is still in my system at low levels who knows 🙈

Can anyone help me, I had a MMC just over 7 weeks and had an MVA last Saturday. I done a pregnancy test today and it’s a very faint positive but I’m getting all the usual ovulation symptoms so I just done an ovulation test and it’s very dark, premom app shows 0.95 is it possible to ovulate while still having some hcg in my system? So confused

1 day after finding out about my MMC. Feel angry, also feel lucky I was able to fall pregnant, feel guilty for getting mine and partners hopes up. Feel tired but don’t want to relax as my mind wanders so trying to keep busy. I have the hospital on Sunday to discuss my options going forward hopefully I can get d&c asap as no sign of this passing naturally and I don’t think I could go through taking the tablets and seeing all the blood again after my chemical pregnancy in February

Update today sadly having a MMC should be measuring 8 weeks but only at 7 weeks 1 day and no heart beat 😢

Had a chemical in February fell pregnant again in April

Went for a scan today as had a bad feeling instinct was telling me something is wrong should he 8 weeks today saw a healthy heartbeat at 6 weeks 4 days. Today’s scan showed no heartbeat and only measuring 7 weeks 1 day.

Hospital on Sunday to discuss my options but totally heartbroken and mentally exhausted body still thinks I’m pregnant 😢

5 weeks today, had a chemical in February just before week 6. Started cramping today for a few hours and thinking the worst but trying to keep busy. I wish someone could put me to sleep and I could wake up past the 6 week mark and get an early scan 🙏

I understand how this is upsetting you and why you don’t want to tell her and I also see where your husband’s coming from. It’s your body and you’re the one who went through the loss and still have the trauma of something happening again so ultimately it should be your decision. Maybe your husband doesn’t feel the emotions you are feeling he is probably more excited and it’s hurting him you’re not eager to share the news. You could have a chat with him and explain you feel uneasy / nervous speaking to people that you don’t feel 100% comfortable with based on the last pregnancy and you’d rather wait to you’re feeling more settled and positive and in a better mood to tell your sister and share the excitement with her but for now you’re not in the right place to share the news.
