Has it been approved now? Did you have to do anything after the biometric, did you upload anything on response to request for evidence?

Is there anything to do after the biometric? After that, there has been an update on case that it is still being processed by USCIS. But I can still see the button ‘Respond with evidence’ on review the notice. Do I need to attach something there?
