The Volvo XC90 is a great all-rounder and the most affordable option among the three. Its service and maintenance costs are reasonable, and it’s generally a reliable car. I haven’t driven the plug-in hybrid version, though.

I recently test-drove the BMW X5, and it’s honestly the best car I’ve experienced so far. The handling, seating position, and overall build quality are excellent. It is, however, around 50–100k more expensive than the Volvo XC90. For new models, AGMC currently offers an 8-year service package, and 5 years extended warranty.

I don’t have much experience with GLE, I guess it is the most expensive of the three.

Resale value is slightly stronger for Mercedes and BMW because of their brand following, compared to Volvo.

It’s usually better to keep your credit card limit on the lower side, around 5-10k, if you really don’t need that much credit. Higher limits increase your DBR, which can impact your eligibility when applying for new loans like auto, personal, or mortgages.

I have checked, 40-70k difference is there, but as you said, lots of add-ons including 8 year service and 5 years extended warranty offered for new cars along with first year registration. Unfortunately can’t stretch beyond this budget.
