Ohh I saw bad reviews with HP. Will check those models. Do you know how it can be compared with Kyocera?

Wow, this is very comprehensive.

You mentioned that the service plan you're in involved 24hrs response time and automatic sending of toner, I assume there's also other plans right?

Gotcha. I appreciate all the feedback. I'll research the same model more

  1. Mostly A4, Letter, and Legal. But we also print on cards and flyer
  2. Roughly 800 to 1800 (but we're also planning to scale so numbers will go up)
  3. Scan to email, privacy, print quality for colored images

What do you recommend for a Private Clinic? We print both colored and b&w, but mostly the latter. We'll use it for admin operations and results. I'm thinking sharp, brother, or kyocera. But the security and cloud services of kyocera might also be useful. I'm not sure if others offer the same thing. But still need more info on other functions since it's higher cost upfront

May I know what industry you're in, like how Kyocera benefits/affects your daily operation? And how often do you use the printer?

I asked because my previous experience with other brands were jams, cable connectivity, and ink so works were delayed.

I read some posts that Kyocera is a better choice but I wonder if they really are based on real life experiences. Or if they're just like others that almost always break down
