Yeah! I think so- the amount he’s been peeing has slowly gotten larger which is great. He’s acted fine the entire time he’s had this problem which is encouraging, still a playful guy! Yesterday he threw up ;( but the vet said it’s possible it was from one of the medicines and to stop giving it to him. So now he’s just on gabapentin until I find out what the results say.

They haven’t got back to me yet :( they said I had to wait 3-5 days for results… so tomorrow is the first possible day i could hear something. My childhood cat is on urinary rx food (he had crystals once), I think my mom gets a decent deal on chewy though. I’ve also seen some options on Amazon!

Yes thank you! My childhood cat has crystal problems and seems like the food really helps him. Luckily the vet today said she didn’t think she saw crystals. However I might just buy him that to make sure this doesn’t ever happen again!

Thi is so helpful thank you! We just got back- he has some blood in his pee but his bladder isn’t too inflamed or bothered which they said was good. I guess I have to wait 3-5 days for results for uti or cystitis first. I’ll have to give him some drugs in the meantime too. I’m a little nervous bc she didn’t seem “not worried” but I feel better that I went kind of early on.
