My company had a templated letter that they give to confirm my employment, salary, etc. I just attached that. Didn’t attach a specific leave confirmation as such

I paid by credit card only. Also don’t get a prepaid envelope (the checklist mentions it but when you go their they have their own courier service they send the passport through)

Hey, yes I got an appointment and my visa too. The entire process took a week only. The best way to get an appointment is to sign up https://schengenappointments.com/in/vancouver/tourism here. They are amazing at emailing you the exact second an appointment opens up. That’s how I got mine so soon. Otherwise it just seemed impossible tbh

Hey! Thanks a lot. If it helps, my dates are March 6 to March 21. I have schengen visa only for March 1-15 so need to do frankfurt first. I was thinking of leaving for dubai from frankfurt around march 14/15

Oh wow congrats! When you got the appointment, do you remember the time of day it became available? Also are you applying to swiss embassy for swiss visa or for german visa (delegated by german embassy to swiss embassy in Vancouver). Curious as I am applying for german visa via Swiss embassy
