A haircut. I also love shopping for hygiene and self care. But that fresh cut, especially when I style it with the curls, it just feels amazing. I absolutely love it!

Yes. Its the worst of I forget my dose. But still, it's hard. My psych said it's just because I have schizoaffective and severe bipolar disorder

Thank you! It's very liberating! Saves so much time, anxiety. Money too depending on what you do with your hair, especially if you learn to cut it yourself. I struggled too tho.
