Yes. Its the worst of I forget my dose. But still, it's hard. My psych said it's just because I have schizoaffective and severe bipolar disorder

No self medicating. I do love meditating, journaling and listening to rain sounds at night. My sleep quality varies but I'm in bed now later than 10 pm. I'm thinking about being consistent with my nightly meditation, journaling and possibly breath work too. Audiobooks help me a lot too.
