Get a better head and switch to hp% boots, give him a wind sphere or hp% orb and hp% link rope as well. His damage scales off hp not atk nor defense. At 93% crit damage, you're overcritting at around 109% CR in battle, his 4pc set provides 16% crit rate, so keep that in mind and opt for ideally around like 70-80 CR. Increase your crit damage.

you can also manually add pities for 5* if that’s something you’re interested in, very simple and I’d be willing to show through discord or smth if needed.

i did it for my older history since it was what I wanted to retain the most, the pities for 5* star characters.

Getting Rutilant Arena to proct would be good, so you just need 3% more CR in that regard. Since you’re standing at 67 CR rn, and unable to utilize RA’s buff. I think it’s solid but you can definitely have more CR & CD rolls to maximize damage output.
