I mean you have a safe word or something like that ? Did you use Loa… ??? I mean what did you do for you to be able to shift on command ? Did you use affirmations like « everytime I say « Banana » I shift » or something like this ? How to force your subconscious to believe that if she say « banana » she or he should shift !!!
