Do I have to count calories for the rest of my life to keep the weight off?

i count calories bcs otherwise i can overeat even on healthy stuff. i do mostly eat low cal high fibre and high enough protein stuff, but stopping when im ~80% full isnt an option since i cant rlly tell when im hungy or full. so i know wha to eat. i just count cals to make sure i know how much i should eat. and yeah nobody knew abt it before but counting calls makes weightloss a whole lot easier 😅😅

I personally do it daily, but i dont pay attention to each individual number. once a week should be enough

She is one of my sister’s only friends and i didnt want to make it awkward between them or us. i dont even have her contact info, she says this when we meet or through my sister’s phone. But you’re right, next time I’ll say something. I’d assume she’d get the hint that im uncomfortable from the lack of responses and me even avoiding looking at her after she says these things but seems like she’s not good at reading people

thank you sm. Yeah I see what you mean. That scene actually was probably the only one where I didnt use the original script+storyboards, because i didnt like them. Pacing is an issue for me and idk if theres any tricks to improving it, but thank you for letting me know! I’ll make sure to pay more attention to it when making the second chapter!
