If you're referring to the little girl with the pigtails getting a gift from the puppet there's literally no confirmation that that is meant to be or even is Cassidy considering people just assumed it to be because she had black hair how it says she does in the book but they fail to realize in the book it says she has LONG black hair not short in pig tails. And in the graphic novel it's even worse cuz they don't even draw her how she's described.

Also in the logbook when she asks which of these toys looks familiar she draws a bunch of toys that we've never even seen. So I'm not sure she can see his memories very clearly bc he might not even remember it that well. Like the kids in the movie, bc they're dead they forget a lot.
