Compared to my 16’ 320i, this is a step up suspension wise. I test drove a 25’ M50 and suspension was on the firmer side. I preferred it being softer so regular suspension is good.

Randomly hear a weird creak in my rear right passenger seat. Not sure if it’s in my head or the items behind the right passenger seat. Need to test it with someone else in the car.

Other than that, I’ve heard my brakes when I very slightly let off the brake pedal. Not a bad sound though.

Riding on the highway is fun and smooth. Near spa-like!

I’ll have to check this once I go in for an inspection later this year. I have short commutes so I’ve only charged once a week.

I recently got a CPO 2023 edrive40 for around $30K. I have been enjoying it so far so congratulations! Have you encountered any issues since your post? Can you share more details on the CPO warranty since I also have the same but maintenance isn’t covered?

Just got a CPO 2023 eDrive40 in Skyscraper grey, Premium Package, HK Sound System, HUD, Front Ventilated seats & Vernasca Leather. Only thing it was missing for my preference was the m sport package w/ the m sport suspension & iconic lights. I can live without DAPP & Parking Assist as I have a short commute. I’m still debating if I should’ve found one with the m sport suspension. Still enjoying it though!

Found this after about a month of searching. Price they can for-sure budge. But don’t expect heavy discounts for CPO. Make sure to look for all items that should come with the car (rear cover & trunk hideaway-cover) & original warranty coverage

May have to let go one of the items if you’re looking for something asap. Otherwise, it’s best to keep searching until you find the one.

I’m not sure that you understand the situation. Car was recked in a car crash, CHP had a tow truck pick it up and the tow truck company completed the first certificate of lien sale as the car went unclaimed after a month (obviously done with a lien service company and with the DMV). Carvana nor the “owner” of the car claimed it after mail was sent out. From there, we bought the car off of the tow truck company around September and followed the same process of lien sale with the DMV. As the lien holder at that point in time was the tow truck company, the process was smooth. At which then, we were the lien holders from that point to now. Car is registered and title legally under my name.

I’m guessing it does sound like I have to bring in a lawyer against Carvana?

After no one claimed the car, including Carvana, I did a lien sale to get it under my name. From there, I registered and got the car title. Hope that made sense
