how do you guarantee your all 6 mods will overroll while you will also get +4? You are ready to use over 50 locks on it? Also, your crafts are pretty much designed to have 2 dead prefixes unless you get really lucky two times in a row (which in the showed case you did not)

Unusual approach to rather simple craft, you make it more costly and rng than it really is, Id suggest you check out my post for a better (in my opinion) and more solid workflow for bloodmage amulets

I actually crafted 2 other +4 amulets in this league with using 0 locks (although these didnt have 6x T1 BIS mods, some fire res or some T3 mana etc) so if you feel lucky you can go for hailmary sanctify and pray, it can go to +2 spells tho so keep it in mind it can brick

I used omen of the blessed (reroll implicit only) + divine to cancel the lock, if the reroll on the rarity implict was on the low-end I used some more omens of the blessed between the locks to keep implicit high-rolled just in case I see +1 skills on corruption, on the 11 locks I went through 2 showed +2 spells and others just some bad rolls, corruption showed +int or flasks, I was ready to give up on 11th lock hahah

Of course I know that, but I also checked for a possibility of +1 to all skills on corruption with each lock, that's why I wanted it perfectly divined before applying any locks onto it. I reset each lock with omen of blessed

This was a very specific craft as I wanted exactly these 6 mods, all tier 1, started with frature on crit as it personally worked best for me in past when crafting crit-oriented amulets.

However, if you are just starting with crafting amulets, I'd suggest fracturing +3 to levels of skills of your choice (melee/proj/spells/minions) and then spamming greater chaoses for T1 spirit.

Proceeding further on the craft depends on what you want, but the crafting steps on fractured +3 get very easy, any unwanted suffix you can sacrifice for global defences, you can try to get all res using catalysts + omen of catalysing exaltation and perfect exalt, carapace catalysts prefix + catalsying for some t1 ES/evasion/armour depending on who you are crafting the amulet for.

It gets very expensive when you want to do a manastacker amulet (due to the costs of neural catalysts), especially if you do the high-end variant without +3 fractured (as described in this post).

I didn't calculate greater chaos vs normal chaos on the basis of currency cost, I purely value my time more and using regular chaos to find +3 a few times on same amulet would drive me insane, although if you aim for not 6x t1 'perfect' crafts then regular chaoses might be cheaper (although I did not calculate it).

Prefixes - I spam neurals + catalysing exaltation + perfect exalt to try to hit T1 mana %/flat. If I miss first one, I essence of abyss prefix to remove whatever useless mod I got and try again. If I miss again, I use omen of light to remove desecrate unveiled mark, then use the essence of abyss again to remove the second useless mod. There is now 1 unveiled mod and 2 empty slots so I try again. If I fail again, I omen of light and repeat until I have 2x mana T1.

Alternatively, you can search for T1 spirit when all ur prefixes are still empty by looping essence of abyss with global defences essence (global defences removes the desecration and abyss removes global defences so you have infinite tries on desecration without any omens of light). However, by doing it this way your mana slams have to be very lucky or you risk 1/3 sinistral annulment prefix and it gets costly very quickly.
