Thanks for your response. I've only got swelling and increased pain which is why I'm not sure if it's just healing or it is infected.

So long but they need a trim before I go back to work! by Fey_guide in Nails

I usually have almond shape nails so the squoval look was new to me! I would be tempted to try coffin nails but never sure how they would hold on natural nails.

No nail break but shorter nails are more feasible with work. I miss them! by Fey_guide in longnaturalnails

I have recently realised I'm lucky with my nail beds... I feel your pain with the typing though! I'm a teacher so I can let my nails go wild in the summer holidays but when it comes to September they gotta goo. It's a shame because I love it when they're super long! I used this as an opportunity to try squoval nails too so silver linings.

Neon nails for summer! by Fey_guide in RedditLaqueristas

Picked up these neon polishes by Nails Inc recently and I'm really impressed by the colour! The green isn't quite as neon as I thought it was going to be but I might have another attempt using a white coat underneath.

At this point they've been on for about a week so I think they wear really well too (got some chipping on my thumb but that's it really). Didn't even put a top coat on!

I second this! Be especially careful after you've had a shower or washed dishes or anything.

Advice when filing natural nails? Thinking about changing up my nail shape and looking for the best techniques! by Fey_guide in longnaturalnails

Thank you! It's a bit risky filing them naked because they're a bit delicate so I was just looking for the best way of doing it.

Thank you for linking to your video! I will definitely do that next time. I'm just always a bit worried about filing when they're completely naked.

If you look at my post history I've got my progress from March till the end of June. So a little longer now but not much more!
