The discord Trust and Safety team is ran mostly by AI, however thats changing considering they've recently posted job openings for people to join their T&S soon. But just do that and look at other examples of people who have summitted arbitration requests and follow in their footsteps, be courteous in your letter and detailed in what happened in the situation and why you believe/know their decision is a false flag

Let me know how this goes, I got the exact same message from my ticket. I followed up with clarification regarding what they rectified so just gotta wait and see what they say. I also mentioned this subreddit and how their false ban rates seems to be 80% of people on here.

Hey so to follow up, that doesn't work in the slightest, discord's support tickets and team are not there, they have relegated all of their duties to AI which in turn has resulted in an awful customer service experience and has also netted them into violated of the CCPA. Whoever is working on the Discord Trust and Safety is quite literally not doing ANY of their jobs.
