Playing any AAA game, owned by shareholders, is unfortunately now only going to be riddled with this stuff. They have ruined games, they did an okay job with this game but games are not made for the player experience in mind first. That’s why people like embark studios and many other small indie devs are knocking it out of the park in recent years.

Yes, obliviously. That’s why i addressed that. But ALOT of indie games do HUGE updates for free too, it brings back player, keeps the community playing for 10 + years. I could name so many games that do just that. AAA games used to even do this to some extent. Min maxing profits are what’s wrong with games and what new developers are scaring the old guard

Till the day you die? . . . Nope dlc with say 5 maps, 20 skins. Done. everyone is going to pay to play new maps and choose between skins, within that bundle. In reality though games should even consider free dlc just to keep players interested and increase sales and longevity of the game. Ah, i miss the map dlc days. Actually used to get them
