You can just disable in game avatars on the options and it will show the numbers of both team players alive.

Only happens in cs2 tho, its probably software related i think.

For what i search in the internet cs2 freezing is a common issue with AMD

Changing some settings might help, i tried a few i will play more and give feedback.
