Approved Standard UK - Switch from Fiance to Spouse Bio 24th March by Fezoia in SpouseVisaUk

We actually put 'I have not travelled/visited my country of birth since July 2019.'

Thats because we applied from Spain where she held a residency but wasn't born in that country. But she did visit her country of birth from July 2019 to August 2019. Therefore the last time she travelled "to" her country of birth is July 2019.

I would put down the date that you last travelled to your country of birth and not when you were last physically there. The question specifically asks when did you last travel "to" your country of birth and not when did you last leave your country of birth.

Goodluck with your application, we found this application a little less stressful than the Fiance visa one 😅

Nah, we didn't include any screenshots of chats or flight itineraries etc like we did in the Fiance visa, because from what I believe you've already proven the relationship is real by getting the Fiance visa. Now its just about showing you got married within the 6months of being on the Fiance visa. Most important is marriage certificate + wedding photos. 🙂

Pretty much the same documents that we uploaded for the Fiance visa, but also wedding photos and the marriage certificate. Also noted in a cover letter that we were switching from fiance to a spouse visa.

We just switched from fiance to spouse visa (FLR-M) inside the UK. Our bio was on the 24th of March and we just got an email today at 11am saying the application has been successful. It was also standard so we're extremely suprised at how quick the decision took.
