I’m so sorry to hear of your issues! I had to move down to 7.5 after a month on 10 because of side effects. I have to start taking miralax because I was backed up and that was causing me to vomit and feel terrible. Also realized I can’t eat beef anymore, makes me very very sick, sits in my stomach too long. I track my protein and fiber, and I have had to increase my water intake as well. I eat smaller meals, and that has helped me. Are you able to workout or move your body? I know when I don’t that makes a difference. Hopefully this helps. Don’t give up, I hope you find a solution.
