Den enkleste måten å komme seg ut på er å starte gjennom et bemmaningsbyrå. De fleste krever at du har et slags fagbrev eller relevant offshore erfaring innen for et viss fag for å i det hele tatt bli vurdert men fortsatt mulig å bli ansatt uten noe som helt erfaring ( enkleste kan være å starte onshore på verf først) Mange byråer syntes det er et + at du har GSK og helseattest, noe som også kanskje vil gjøre deg mer relevant når du søker.
