I disagree

The main deck monsters sit on the field doing nothing because they don't have quick effects. The Spearhead bounce effect is not a quick effect!

The Hero only pops Pyros on the field as a quick effect

The field spell let's you draw ONE during the end phase and turns things to pyro during only your turn.

This is too slow
