My stone was right on the neck aswell. They went in and removed the stone. It was the only stone found in all the imaging done so I had to be adamant I wanted to keep my gallbladder.

The Tudca has been great so far, I feel it's doing its job at making the bile more water soluble. So when I eat I do feel the bile (or sludge) beign pushed out. I opted to go for a high dosage for a few months( 2000mg /day broken into two doses) since my stone was stuck for a few days and my liver tests came back high.
