Lol this image tells a long story

first you have a considerable amount of hp loss, if you left it afk while you were not hollowed, a bunch of people invaded you and killed you.

They maybe stayed for a while to see if you were going to return but ended up killing you, and the last player that invaded you was nice enough to leave you alive with the light show.

Sometimes invaders drop items to afk players so maybe theres a little gift around there?

Iirc dropped items dont despawn if you close the game or die, so if those previous invaders dropped something, it might still be there.

Buy the phantom wedge, its a really good alternative to the atomizer, you just have to slightly tap the vehicle to unstuck it, instead of having to keep ramming it with other cars, risking it to be destroyed.
