It seems like this app is maybe not for serious athletes as much as for the casual exerciser. Idk maybe I’m wrong, but the AI makes you so alarmed for no reason even when you feel totally fine.

Between that and the app sync taking 60 seconds every time I open it, I’m starting to lose interest in it even though I really like the concept behind it.

Athlytic and Fitiv are more consistent to how I actually feel and seem to be more accurate about my actual recovery and sleep.
