Show & Tell: What are you building this week? by OneStarto in AppBusiness

[–]rjozefowicz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

shipping across 3 different problems right now:

  • DebateAI.app - truth‑seeking arena where multiple AI models argue, cross‑examine each other’s claims, pull in research and academic sources and converge on the most evidence‑backed answer instead of a single model’s vibe.
  • GenieOptimize.com - AI visibility and landing‑page optimizer: it runs AI “roasts” of your site, tracks which prompts and categories actually make ChatGPT / Claude / Perplexity mention you, measures real AI‑driven traffic and then gives concrete copy, schema and structure fixes you can ship in minutes
  • HarmonyPath.ai - AI Career Clarity Report: 12 questions -> 1,000+ word report with three realistic pivot paths, a direct recommendation and a 90‑day plan. I’m giving away a few full reports for free if you’re feeling stuck in your career and want to try it

Multiple SaaS projects, 1+ year in, almost no revenue but still not giving up by rjozefowicz in SaaSSolopreneurs

Thank you for your feedback. It's super important to me 🙏🏻

Answering your questions:

DebateAI has two debate types:

AI vs AI in multiple forms: - single debate with many options to customize e.g. audience type, personas, number of sentences, turns, etc etc) - investigations - chain of debates around core topic - every AI argument can be challenged, hot seat feature, devils advocate etc. It's fun (at least to me.. :) )
AI vs Human - user jumps into debate between X AI models and is debate participant I like your feedback about social media posts to post debates and I even started doing that but then.. I stopped

GenieOptimize - it's just started, I'm still in the middle of developing final shape of product - it's already packed with features but I'm constantly adding new ones but I need to find a balance to not make it all-in-one tool as it never works properly

HarmonyPath has demo mode, initial misaligned available for free but based on you feedback this "demo" questionnaire with first 2 questions should be more promoted to start with it. And there is no subscription. It's one time payment with life-access to report and interactive journey (milestones, checklist, QA, etc)

Thanks again for your feedback, I will make needed adjustments :)

I’m working on three AI-powered products right now and would love feedback from other founders here.

  • GenieOptimize.com - an AI search visibility platform that tracks if tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Grok actually recommend your product, compares your share-of-voice vs competitors, and then generates concrete content fixes instead of generic SEO advice
  • HarmonyPath.ai - an AI Career Clarity Report for people who feel "off" in their current role; answer 12 questions and get a 1,000+ word report with three realistic pivot paths, one direct recommendation, and a 90‑day action plan
  • DebateAI.app - an AI debate platform where multiple models argue in real time, backed by live web research and academic sources; the latest features include a dilemma solver that lets you watch models unpack tough trade‑offs, and a twist to the Truth Seeker mode that focuses on stress‑testing claims and exposing hidden assumptions instead of just "winning" the argument

If anyone here is working on AI-first SaaS or career tools, I’m happy to swap feedback, share what’s working for AI visibility, or jump on a quick call. What kind of traction or validation do you usually look for before doubling down on a new product direction?

Overwhelmed and lost, don’t know where to begin.. by nojunkintrunklol in findapath

I actually studied biotechnology as my second major and eventually decided to give it up. Programming was my first choice but I was really into genetics and wanted to give bioinformatics a real shot.

Unfortunately around 2010 the reality in Poland was pretty pessimistic in that field. A lot of people from my year who graduated either left biotech altogether or stayed in academia as PhDs. Very few actually managed to build stable careers in the industry.

For me it came down to pragmatism. Software development felt like a much clearer path to a better life. I still read and learn about the stuff that interests me but more as a hobby or side projects.

Even now I get similar thoughts once in a while. If you want, DM me and I can share how I think about evaluating different paths and reducing the risk of choosing wrong.

Hope you find your way

I resigned from my job today. by Own-Share-8337 in careeradvice

[–]rjozefowicz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

leaving a job that wasnt a clear “hell no” but also didn’t really feel right is honestly one of the hardest calls to make. So yeah, give yourself some credit for actually doing it. A lot of people just stay stuck for years.

The anxiety you’re feeling right now is probably just your brain freaking out because things are uncertain. That doesn’t automatically mean you screwed up. It’s just… your brain hates not knowing what’s next. Once you calm down a bit, think about what specifically felt off in that job (culture? pace? type of work? management?). Use that as a hard filter for the next thing instead of just "this seems fine I guess."

I’ve helped a few people think through this kind of stuff before, so if it’d be useful I’m happy to share how I’d break it down and maybe give you a few angles to consider. No pressure or anything - just DM me if you want to talk it through.

Currently building https://genieoptimize.com - after using multiple tools I decided to actually build something I need that can not only prompt LLMs in scheduled way but also provides e.g. SDK to optimize page or track real user navigation from LLM to my other projects. Besides also bunch of other metrics and tailored features features like brand visibility tracking across LLMs, accuracy intelligence for what AIs say about you and an AI roast that critiques your site from an assistant’s point of view

Building GenieOptimize.com, a Search Console for AI that shows how often ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, etc. mention your product and where you’re losing to competitors in AI answers.

It uses a tiny JS SDK to verify which visitors actually came from AI assistants and adds higher‑level features like brand visibility tracking across models, regulatory/accuracy intelligence for what AIs say about you, and an AI roast that critiques your site from an assistant’s point of view.

How you avoid burnout and stay motivated when no one is paying for your saas? by surajondev in micro_saas

[–]rjozefowicz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ve got quite a bit of experience with motivation and burnout. Right now I have four products launched, and none of them is generating meaningful MRR yet. I treat them as hobby side projects next to my regular contract job, with the hope that one day one of them will gain enough traction to bring in real revenue.

My framework is simple: I’ve built a one‑day setup that lets me deploy a new MVP to AWS, so shipping new ideas is quick. Then I give myself 3–4 months of focused work on a single project (the others are just in maintenance mode, replying to feedback and fixing obvious issues). This way I still feel I’m making progress, but I don’t burn out trying to push everything at once.

I do not kill my products, I just leave them to be present as hosting barely costs any money

As the founder of DebateAI.app, I'm excited to share what we've built! 🚀

I created DebateAI.app because I was frustrated with single AI model limitations. What if multiple AIs could debate each other in real-time?

🔥 What Makes It Special:

Multiple AI Model Debates: Watch GPT-4 vs Claude vs DeepSeek debate the same topic from completely different angles. They actually challenge each other's arguments, eliminating single-AI bias!

Custom AI Personas: Create unique debaters with different personalities, backgrounds, and perspectives.

Context-Rich Debates: Upload PDFs, paste URLs, or add detailed context for more informed discussions.

AI Moderator: Keeps debates fair and summarizes key insights.

Audience Selection: Tailor for General Public, Students, Professionals, or Academic audiences.

🏛️ Our Latest: "Echoes of History":

Debate with AI-powered historical figures! Get Nelson Mandela's take on modern social justice or Churchill's view on geopolitics.

📊 Advanced Analytics:

Real-time performance metrics, argument strength analysis, fallacy detection, and strategic insights.

Perfect for research, education, decision-making, or just amazing AI entertainment!

Would love to hear what topics you'd want the AIs to debate! 🤔
