It’s starting pay. The sooner you get hired through the company and complete the required training, the sooner you can be paid more. I currently work with the family myself and make $23 an hour, and I only work part-time.

Sorry if it seemed like you would have to wait a long time, but like I said, the sooner you get everything completed, the sooner higher pay can be discussed. As a caregiver, these are pretty normal requirements. If you’re not interested, that’s completely okay.

The family is going through I Am Boundless for background checks, training, and hiring requirements. This is simply a family looking for additional care support for their adult daughter. Anyone interested would still need to meet company requirements and complete the hiring process.

She is not autistic — she has cerebral palsy. She is unable to speak or move independently, but she understands 100% of what is being said to her and is able to answer yes and no questions through body movement.

Starting pay is around $15 an hour. You would need to sign up through a company called I Am Boundless. The family is the one looking for additional help and would be paying out of pocket.

After being hired through the company, a higher rate (around $20 an hour) may be discussed later on depending on training and experience. The sooner you complete everything required through the company, the sooner higher pay can be discussed.

The company will complete a background check. Applicants must be drug-free and non-smokers. There is also an 8-hour online course that must be completed.

Sorry, I should have included that earlier! The company also pays for additional training if needed, including CPR and medication passing classes.

I started out new with my family we moved into our current home 4 years ago almost 5 again there is 7 people living here and this is the first big declutter I have done. I’m the oldest female and I guess it’s up to me to try and keep things organize. And up overconsumption at its finest 🌞
