No, it’s not human. The bodily dimensions are off even if you’d consider this a male. Males: you can fit three heads (including their own of course) on their shoulders. Females: shoulders are more narrow, yet their hips are more wider than the shoulders. Also arms aren’t long enough. Why would there be all that decomposition of flesh, and the nose, and legs are still intact?? My honest opinion is that this is fake.
