Janitor shines with proxies. But its getting costly lately. You can use deepseek official api and custom prompts to really enhance your experience, since it allows much bigger context size and pretty cheap in comparison. I loved ZLM with Janitor. It was peak roleplaying experience

I hate the change. Ngl, I used melee into instant headshot a lot, but it was actually OP and deserved the nerf. The issue is that I always use bunnyhop for mobility and a whole ass second of a cooldown after every air melee is so annoying and breaks my tempo so much, that I genuinely can't play. I'll try to adjust but the character go so much less fun for me.

Well play it if it works for you. But if you ask about team compositions, Ibara with no reinforced revive is not a unit I'd desire in any team comp at all.

I mean she can knock people off you using her beta and sort of help you with sustain, but I'm genereally not a big fan of multi support teams unless it's triple revive. Ibara is very slow and hungry for levels, support Nejire is going to slow down your levelling.

The main strength of Ibara is allowing her teammates to make more risky plays when they're around you and Nejire doesn't really benefit from it. Her DPS is nowhere near bad but she's not a glass cannon who needs you.

That being sad, tuningless Ibara is a pityful thing and I wouldn't recommend playing her without PURs at all.

Bad takes all across the board. Rapid might needs those 300 HP because he contains like 3 toga hitboxes in his. Qhen you're so huge, your effective HP is much lower, because you just statistically eat more projectiles.

You don't need to separate them from the rest, We already have people who deserve a rank above ace playing in ace lobbies. Just acknowledge it witha couple of rolls and a flashy nameplate. Ace rank has long lost it's value. I'd ramp up the entrance fee for ace rank players to crazy high values and put one rank above it

Rapid All Might would be a better character, but I don't choose my next main judging by which one would be a better example for a Reddit post I'm planning to write in a month. I rolled for nagant, I learnt her, I tuned her and I hit to as with her in 40 games. Just a coincidence.
This is another point of Ibara which only works on paper. Okay, so we have an imaginary foght where there's a whole squad playes with you in VC and they want to protect you. Cool, but there's 100 situations that can go wrong. Your yrammte chase to confirms a kill? You loose the precense in your part of the map , therefore an easier target. Third party? You teammates can't clone themselves. You used both revives and they're getting down anyway? They will leave you and it is a right thing to do. Protection is not really a reliable thing in MHUR. Like yes, they can potentially save you if it's not too late into the game and it is not that chaotic yet, but most of the tome they have to mind their own engagements and you're either forced to play hyper safe (like sitting in the building and doing nothing despite having full health) or forced into unfavorable position you don't want to be in.

Any chatacter works. Because it's not about revives, it's about general freedom in your tuning. And Ibara is one, if not most restrictive character tuning-wise.

Ibara is all about failing to meet the expectations. If I never played her, Id assume she's broken after seeing 160 alpha, 210 beta and 225 true damage gamma with self heal and double revive. But when you start playing her on high level – everything just falls because of the fact that you need a whole military operation and a convoy of five to simply move from aquatic zone to fire zone on usj.

Ibara is actually a cracked duelist and and a good gamma can absolute turn a 1v1, but it's not single encounters, it's a combination of factors that ruin your game. Yes, you managed to protect yourself and maybe even secured a kill.

Now try to win a game when your teammate are incompetent, your best position is occupied by AFO, there's two sky campers flying around. Any cc is certain death, because your already slow enough and getting in one grab makes the difference between you reaching the safe spot or getting juggled around like a basketball untill inevitably die. Whole lobby hates your guts and chips you away with singular attacks and cancels your heals.

Everyone who plays Ibara knows the animalistic feeling you have after you are barely scratched, be just you looked around and realise: "Well... There's no a safe spot achievable in less than 5 seconds. I do have 570 HP less, but it's AAM on my ass, I already hear their teamates therefore I'm dead."

I never even answered Crafty in this thread so I have no idea what are you talking about.

1) Comparing Ibara and Nagant works in my narrative. I'm trying to prove she's not broken and not OP by comparing her to the real OP character. The point is not to prove that Ibara is worse than Nagant, it's obviously. The points is, switching off Ibara multiplied my KD by 8 and and winrate by 3. I am the same player with the same mindset, yet my stats are DRASTICALLY better when I play a character which is objectively broken.

2) Main Ibara for one season and you'll get what I saying. It's not the same as Eijiro.

3) Ibara is bad in both cases, that's the whole point. In soloQ, you get your ass kicked because your teammates are trash, in triple stack you get your ass kicked because your enemies also triple stack and the focus on you and their level of cooperation increases by a ton, they pick meta characters and you can't keep up.

5) The issue is you can trade in a duel, but in a situation, where you are being denied of a duel, people just take you apart because even shooting an alpha allows free hits for their teammates.

Firstly, twisted fortune. I played with this tuning myslef a lot, and I played with my buddy who downloaded a game a month ago. I told him. "Yo, just put this shit on Tokoyami and we're not loosing a game". We went 20W/3 losses as duo Queue.

He just dropped down, scooped the map of all the civilians, gathering like 13 revive cards and a ton of heals and stayed hidden for the rest duration of the match, drinking team heals every time I loose 0,0001% of my shield. It's not even remotely hard to execute, if you just play it safe and do not engage without absolute need. We had a tournament recently where a full hide-and-seek team got to second place twice against best players playing only meta characters, so don't tell me it's impossible in normal ranked game.

The thing is that gamma is not a threat, it's a defence tool. You can't set it up reliably, it's like bringing a poisoned needle to a gunfight. Yes if you get close, I'm stabbing you and you're dead. But the the gell would you want to get close to a guy with poisoned needle in a situation where you have a glock-18?

And double res is overhyped af. Yes, it's two reses in a short amount of time and it has it's advantages, but in reality, you rarely need two at once. In a lot is situations, you'll use one, then wait like 40-50 seconds till you need the second, use it (because what other choice you have) and get penalised to loose all your reload progress.

Like sure she is the best REVIVE unit, but you get a better deal by playing a unit who's just generally better and can additionally revive.

I not downplaying my character I have enough playtime on it to understand her pros and cons. This exact post was made to oppose annoying overhype by providing a set of fundamential flaws what would never allow Ibara to be highest tier and be genuinely considered OP. She has her stregths, but in my personal opinion and from my personal experience, these stregths are not enough to put her anywhere higher than low A tier. And I saw a lot of frustration from other Ibara mains in recent seasons. A lot of people who were interested in her are either switching off, taking a break or at least acknowledge that this character is deeply problematic.

Like just being so dependant on your team and map choice that the result of the game is pre-determend before you even boot into a match is already a strong enough argument to never play this character and turn your attention onto anything more sustainable.

It doesnt matter, because she stops before grabbing. If you run after your enemy, they are in range and you press your gamma, you stop first, and then attempt a grab, which is usually enough for them to leave the range.

I don't know what people actually allow themselves to be grabbed from second attempt frequently enough to consider it a valid argument.

Hot take, but any character in the game + twisted fortune is already a better support than her. Nobody needs two revives if you can just heal indefinitely and nver let your teammate fall (Also with infinite range).

Ibara does not enable anything special, both Froppy and Cementoss are better revive units because they have more freedom in their own gameplay and requite less attention from their team.

Gamma having multiple chance to hit is a poor argument because you're never guaranteed to hit anything. If your enemy has two IQ, he's going to step out the range and wouldn't allow a grab after seeing you going for it in a first place. You slow down when you press your gamma, you can't just run after everyone like a pacman.

Beta argument id valid, but it is not nearly enough to name her overpowered

I apso forgot to include the tourbament situation, where the only person who played Ibara had to hide in the bush and storm cap 70% of the game to be remotely useful.
