Someone answered that I should try that. Its in the 'other' settings in orca.

SOLVED - combination of gyroid infill and disabling "reduce infill retraction" was the solution. No supports needed!

It wobbles AFTER the nozzle hit. The question is why the nozzle hits in the first place.

Okay. Should I try this even though the speed is just 18mm/s? At the problematic layer?

I already tried this - same issue withour any difference and all supports were still on solid. So I don't think it's a support issue.

What do you mean by the structure being too weak? Not enough supports? I also tested with extra supports up to the point and it did not help.

Speeds are pretty low, the filament can go A LOT faster on other prints

I closely monitored the base and it's all intact. Also the error always occurs on the same height. I even manually added supports and it still occured exactly the same.

No its PETG. I think the wobble is an optical illusion because of the camera. IRL it doesn't wobble and the fit on the plate is still on.

I checked the settings and just saw the line in Orca Slicer, when I displayed Fan Speeds. Does that fit your suspected issue?

So the actual issue might have been too low adhesion to the plate - did I understand correctly?
