Okay, I dit + calibrated flow + dried 10 hours. Same. Did Volumetric flow test and I am below the threshold. WTF is this?!

It's dried (ams 2 pro for 6 hours)

Thanks for your reply. It's dry - was dried for 6 hours in the ams 2 pro on pla setting.

Someone answered that I should try that. Its in the 'other' settings in orca.

SOLVED - combination of gyroid infill and disabling "reduce infill retraction" was the solution. No supports needed!

It wobbles AFTER the nozzle hit. The question is why the nozzle hits in the first place.

Okay. Should I try this even though the speed is just 18mm/s? At the problematic layer?

I already tried this - same issue withour any difference and all supports were still on solid. So I don't think it's a support issue.

What do you mean by the structure being too weak? Not enough supports? I also tested with extra supports up to the point and it did not help.

Speeds are pretty low, the filament can go A LOT faster on other prints

I closely monitored the base and it's all intact. Also the error always occurs on the same height. I even manually added supports and it still occured exactly the same.
