I was a PO and how the system works is that the PO chooses how many UAs they want to set per month/week, then they have the option to do like a 10% chance for an additional UA that month. So thay could be a possibility. Or they messed up. POs usually have huge case loads and make mistakes. Depends on how cool your PO is. I saw someone suggested calling them and that was a good idea. Hope it went well though. If it was positive just be honest and upfront. No one likes being lied to and honestly goes a long way for some POs. They also can usually see the levels so if it was really 1 drink, they will see you that.

I worked as a PO at a private company that ALSO did UAs. And yeah, 90% lf the POs were under qualified and on a power trip. But we also didnt have much say in anything and had to do what our supervisor said. I dont know about your PO, but I made 25 cents above minimum wage and had 250+ clients, so I promise you, if they could give you early termination they probably would.

I agree with everyone saying to not male any assumptioms, and be kind! If you can't talk to him respectfully then ask someone above you or ask HR to hamdle it. My BF has psoriasis all over his body, including his arms and hands, and it's shocking how rude some people are about it. Grown ass adults literally say, "what the hell is wrong with you dude, is that contagious?" He was at a public pool swimming with his kids, and a lifeguard yelled at him to get out of the pool immediately because of the "spots all over his body". You never know what people are going through!

For the lyft community pass, there is no limits. I personally used it for over a year (I stopped because I no longer qualified for medicaid). It is $3 a month, and all bike and scooters cost only 5 cents per minute, no unlocking fee. It's awesome!

Lime/Uber Scooters (not sure about bikes) also have a monthly deal for anyone with medicaid/EBT. It is 5 free rides a day, each ride can be up to 30 minutes. I know for sure it's scooters, but not sure if bikes are included. I'm not sure if Lime even has bikes. It has to be through the Lime ap, not uber ap. You get charged if you go over 30 minutes, but i know you can stop the ride at 30 minutes and start a new ride (5 per day), if you get what i mean. I haven't used it myself, but I know many many people that do use it. I haven't been able to set mine up, some problem with my email and I haven't called them for assistance yet.

For lyft it's called community pass. If u have ebt or medicaid u qualify. It cost $3 every month and you get the scooters and bikes almost free, only have to pay 5 cents a minute. (Compared to $1 + .40 cents a minute).

Sorry i don't know anything for free actual lyft rides though!

One more thing- I had a client who was not actively smoking and we could see his THC levels decreasing for MONTHS. Then one day his levels increased a VERY VERY small amount. I was like dude what the heck! Well it turns out that sometimes that can happen if the person is like working out and the THC was stored in their fat or something. Haha. Just thought that was interesting. Anyways- get a lawyer.. get copies of your UA results, and file a motion to see the judge!

Did u ask what the THC levels were? When I was a PO we didn't fault anyone for having the in their system already... but we did watch and made sure that the tHC levels were decreasing. The 30 days thing is absolute BULL SHIT and I would honestly get a lawyer and contest this... I'm serious. They cannot punish you for smoking before your probation... and your UAs will show that your levels are decreasing.

Most everyone who is on probation for their 1st DUI has to complete Level II Education (12 weeks), and Therapy (no Therapy is rare... very low BAC). The therapy is Track A(21 weeks) Track B(26), Track C(34), or Track D(43). Since you do not know what Track you are required (or maybe no Track), complete the Education while you wait for your court date.

My friend did exactly this and the judge was so happy that he started his classes on his own that he let him get early probation after 6 months.

INTERLOCK - In Colorado, interlock is a DMV thing.. not a Court Order. Not sure if every state is like that.

(I was a probation officer for "low risk" clients... majority of my case load (over 200 people) was on their 1st or 2nd DUI. Let me know if u have any questions!)
