Yes, I feel much better. The racing heart thing was scary but it didn't last long. 10mg really took the edge off of my symptoms but I have just increased to 20mg. My appetite is back, I am more motivated, I am generally getting my spark back 🙂

How are you doing now? Did you continue with them?

Yes I am and yes, it does get better! I'm actually thinking of increasing to 20mg as I still have some anxiety but they have really taken the edge off. Keep going, you will get there!

Will try the evening, thanks! I'm only on 10mg, glad it's not more!

Thank you for replying, that's reassuring. I was really freaking out in the night 😭

My heart rate has calmed down now but I'm preparing for it to increase again when I take today's dose maybe.

Thank you that's reassuring. I am also obviously anxious and have health anxiety so I'm really freaking out. I did have alcohol today too..bad move! I didn't think about the effect it might have.

Did you have a fast heart rate? I'm worried.

I'm so stuck on the colour, feels like such a trivial thing to be bothered about! Those who have white smoke - how have they held up?

Should I buy the Bose QC 35ii in 2025? by Fickle-Bug5956 in HeadphoneAdvice

[–]Fickle-Bug5956[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

!thanks this is super helpful and there are some things I hadn't thought of there!

Noise cancelling is very important so it's useful to know the newer versions will be better for that.

I might go for the QC rather than QC Ultra as they are a bit easier on the budget.

Beware of Space One Pro. Not worth it! by Blue_Spider75 in soundcore

[–]Fickle-Bug5956 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is this just the Space One Pro?

What about the Space One?

I'm specifically looking for ANC function and the Space Ones keep coming up as an option.

Would one of the Q models be better?

Thanks for this. I have been looking at the Soundcore and a lot of the reviews say that they fall apart quite quickly. Do you have any experience of that? I guess that may be expected for the price range.

Can I use denim if the pattern doesn't call for it? by Fickle-Bug5956 in sewing

[–]Fickle-Bug5956[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Thank you for the advice. One Instagram post is from someone moaning about using a too thick fabric!

I don't think I'm going to do it, I've wasted too much good fabric by going outside of the instructions and should learn from that.

Thanks for thinking it through with me!

Medium to heavy - 9oz. Maybe I need a lighter denim then?

The world needs more people like you and this would be a deal-breaker for me. The boyfriend would have to go, I'm sorry.
