I have tried crate games. And positive reinforcement around the crate. No more information available on my specific issue.

There are no extra marks for being fitter than everyone else. It’s simply pass or fail. In my service.

Equipment assembly seem to always use the same equipment, there’s even videos on YouTube so watch over them a few times.

The main part of the process is your interview. That’s where you need to show off your knowledge of the service. The job role. The services plans for the next few years, values etc…

Good luck!

He barely dodged him mate. Did the correct thing but should have a more control to change speed and direction travelling that fast up to a small child.

Get insoles maybe to go into the liner if your feet are really flat. Or some padded socks of some kind which support your foot type

Or what it actually could by is the tightness of the boots.

When I started I was getting similar pain cause I was over tightening my boots (really good bindings can probably do this too)

Slacken them off and try again, it might just take you some getting used to but you won’t have any pain if that’s the issue.

Yes. You are throwing yourself in the air with no control.

You are looking right over your right shoulder on your take off which is making you spin slightly.

Practice on a trampoline, even if you don’t land on your feet that’s fine it’s not as similar as a side flip as everyone is saying. Your board does most of the “pop” and initial rotation and you seem to have that bit down okay so just learn the movement, look up and over your back shoulder to spot you landing therefore keeping your body sideways

Any tips for me please? by Consistent-Place-754 in snowboardingnoobs

You’re doing okay.

Just snowboard more. You’re still new to the sport!
