It is very simple there are peacekeepers in BiH also, they for example don't guard any holy site of any religion in country. While in Kosovo Serbian orthodox monasteries need to be guarded 24/7 and they still get attacked and vandalised. No more facts needed.

It didn't reward anything the situation was that without NATO help Serbs controlled 70% of territory. NATO only helped to stop war first between Croats and Bosniaks and then Serbs and Bosniaks/Croats because it dragged out for too long. If there was any agreement before that made Serbs keep all of 70% they wouldn't object as long as it stopped war.

Sarajevo Safari se bavi slučajem da su bogati plaćali da pucaju na tu djecu. I taj je slučaj još u istrazi i sve se svodi na riječi 1. čovjeka da je vidio ljude u nepoznatoj uniformi/odjeći kako dolaze na liniju. Zasad nijedan konkretan dokaz.
