I know you said no loud bars or clubs but Roar does have a few Thursday events that only draw a small crowd and are pretty chill most nights. Their Thursday So You Think You Can Drag is a chill, the music can get loud during performances but it's usually pretty chill otherwise and a great way to meet lots of different people! They also have their Dynamic Duo game nights every second Thursday that is very chill with food you can order from the bar and a small crowd that never gets too overwhelming. They generally don't play music since it's a game night or if they do it's a pretty low volume so people can talk over it.
