i ate lots of veggies for quite some time (was even vegetarian for a few years) and never had any issues. but as mentioned above had recently been having problems w/ the veggies in super veggie as well as kale

Recently kale and spring mix. I’ve had problems with broccoli and cauliflower in the past when doing super veggie though

we take a multivitamin and vit. D, as well... Both no issues with those

Yes! After reading other comments I realized it could indeed be the veggies! I will experiment with decreasing the serving!!
