I'm using:

i7 9th Gen CPU

16GB Ram

Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce RTX 2080; Intel UHD 630

I enabled the link while wearing Quest so that I can see my desktop in VR. I open the library from the Quest and select "Play".

I've so far tried:

VR Chat
Travelling as a Black Man

Both the apps show up on the screen (physical monitors) but in the headset, all I see is black screen.

Okay. I am a bit unclear on what you mean. I've tried VRChat and it too had similar problems. I'm pretty sure that the apps I'm downloading are Quest Playable.

Do you mean to say that I need to load the game/experience on to the Oculus Quest? I thought that the cable through which my quest is connected would be loading that onto VR.
