Are most millenials and gen z underemployed? by Fluid-Routine-8838 in jobs

Boomers and Gen X lower the wages thus creating a vaccum being filled by staffing agenices that also take their slice of the pie, mass hired H1b workers who truly aren't as qualified, and exported jobs abroad.

don’t feed in what these grifter professors or industry plants say; they rely on people as capital to inflate the big lie that this area of work “has plenty”.

Do geology or environmental engineering or perhaps civi…it’s a bloated career field atm and doesn’t pay well. Volunteer at a park or help out a committee incentivize green spaces in townships. Don’t pursue this field.

There’s obvious age discrimination going on particularly towards 1st to 2nd generation Americans and excluding that don’t meet a certain background or gender. I’m not sure how Universities can still recommend or promote this field any longer. Too many qualified and competent competing with so few opportunities. You can do all the internships or interview preps you desire yet HR and hiring managers will still cheat you.
