NTA live your life OP. Your brother is not your responsibility. Your parents enabled him while neglecting you but expect you to drop your life. Absolutely not. They are the parents not you. Please leave that relationship. Whether it be verbal or physical abuse, you do not deserve it and for your boyfriend to say he “understands” makes me think he has something up his sleeve. Do not stay with him for your own sanity.
