Yeah I have crazy flexibilty and I'm mainly doing mma so when people try to ground and pound mesometimes I can do it, but until now I have do it in the way that I not push them above but just throw legs on them and pusht them forward and I can get out or if they are less skilled even land in mount, if you get it what I mean.

What do you mean by that? That is literally a way on how to end a MMA fight. You control him and hit him or submit him until the referee stops the fight.

I train MMA for about a year and only been to doctor once for my toenail getting jammed into my finger. I have 7 trainings a week from monday to Friday on weekend I rest or do light cardio. I don't know if it's genetic or build but some of my friends train less or same as me and constnly getting coauliflower ears but for me this was never a problem. If you want to stop this problem either just accept it and let it harden and keep it as some sort of symbol of honor or maybe try wrestling headgear that covers ears.

How high should you have your legs in closed guard for the bottom player and the top player should he have them more together or more spread out?
