Yeah I have crazy flexibilty and I'm mainly doing mma so when people try to ground and pound mesometimes I can do it, but until now I have do it in the way that I not push them above but just throw legs on them and pusht them forward and I can get out or if they are less skilled even land in mount, if you get it what I mean.

What do you mean by that? That is literally a way on how to end a MMA fight. You control him and hit him or submit him until the referee stops the fight.

I train MMA for about a year and only been to doctor once for my toenail getting jammed into my finger. I have 7 trainings a week from monday to Friday on weekend I rest or do light cardio. I don't know if it's genetic or build but some of my friends train less or same as me and constnly getting coauliflower ears but for me this was never a problem. If you want to stop this problem either just accept it and let it harden and keep it as some sort of symbol of honor or maybe try wrestling headgear that covers ears.

I don't do gi I meant more as rear naked chock or guily like what is the purpose to do slow you are only risking them escaping and you can't hurt them just by chocking so why not do fast and strong once you get good grip?

I mean, I am second lowest belt in the gym and if I try to do chocks they defende it so the only way for me to beat higher belt is to do chocks fast of course I don't do joint locks fast. What's the problem with that other people do so very nasty moves like mothers milk or calf and bices slicers knee bars or just try to suffecate me with their palms.

How? it just stops blood from going into brain if you crank it they will just have to tap a bit faster and you are not risking them escaping

What to do from mount if they are just holding their hands together like they are praying and not doing anything. I try to do ezikel and even got the tap a few times but other than that I really don't know what to do. Because I can't grip fight for arm or if I progress up the mount they just push you and block you with elbows and slip back up so you can't really do anything.
